Sameer Sanganeria is a Chartered Accountant who spent his early career at ICICI Bank, India's largest private-sector bank.

He joined ICICI Bank in 2006 as a Credit Manager for auto, personal and home loans. He was soon promoted to Regional Credit Manager for the whole of Rajasthan, where he decided the credit policy for business loans, cash credit and overdraft limits. In this role he managed a loan portfolio of ₹150 crore and led a team of five managers and eight credit officers. His work also covered loan recovery, coordination with valuers and lawyers, and training bank staff on how to approve loans correctly.

He then founded Credit Consultants to put that banking experience to work for businesses. As Chairman, he guides how every loan proposal is built and presented — the way banks want to see it, so it gets approved.

Balram Gupta has more than two decades of experience in loans and financial products, with a strong focus on home loans and retail lending.

He began at Sahara India, leading a sales team of 87 people across Rajasthan. He then joined ICICI Home Finance as a Team Leader, running a 25-member team that arranged home loans for customers — handling the full process from application to loan disbursement, including legal and valuation checks and loan recovery.

In 2008 he started his own loan consultancy and built strong tie-ups with ICICI Bank's Agri Business Group, IDBI Bank, IDBI Home Finance, LIC Housing Finance, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Bank of Baroda and Axis Bank.

As Managing Director of Credit Consultants, Balram leads client relationships and works with banks to get loans sanctioned and the money disbursed quickly.

Manish Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant with strong experience in finance, accounts and taxation, and a special focus on the paperwork that banks need to approve a loan.

He prepares the documents at the heart of every loan application — project reports, CMA data, financial statements and projections — built to the standard that bank credit teams expect. He also holds a specialist qualification in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD) from ICAI, which adds extra rigour to loan due diligence.

As Executive Director of Credit Consultants, Manish leads loan documentation, financial due diligence and project report preparation, making sure every proposal is complete and ready for the bank on day one.
